2023 started on a high with this year’s BTTI. Music, friends, pool parties and a bit of Island vibes set the tone for what we know is a great year ahead.
MESSAGE FROM THE BAND
What an amazing week in Jamaica. This was our tenth year hosting Back To The Island, but somehow this felt more special than we could have imagined. Whether it was the weather or the music, everything was just clicking, and it was a perfect way to start this year off right. This was truly our first BTTI post covid restrictions, and it was so nice not to be worrying about the ramifications of a handshake or a photo. The weather was beautiful, with light rain showers almost every morning and sunny warm afternoons and evenings. One of the highlights of the event was sharing the stage with Allen Mac Myers Moore. Not only are they friends, but they really went over the top to bring something special to the event, asking to play a second concert, but this time late night by the bonfire on the final evening of the event. Family Feud was hilarious, The dance party was hopping, really what more could we ask for!
For the members that attended BTTI, make sure to answer the BTTI survey you will be getting in your e-mail. As we plan for next year, your answers will help us make 2024’s Back To The Island the best event possible.
Speaking of events, we are full speed ahead on HANSON Day 2023. Plans are all coming together nicely and with any luck, the full schedule and details should be announced before the end of the month with tickets going on sale in early February. We can’t wait to share the 2023 Members Only EP with all of you, and to see you in Tulsa whether it’s streaming or in person. More soon.
