Here’s a pic from one of our last recordings of the new Christmas album sessions, before we took a break for this weekend’s concerts at Walt Disney World.  We finished saying Merry Christmas just in time to say Happy Halloween!

We have been going straight through doing at least a song a day of basic tracks and it is sounding amazing. After roughly two weeks in the studio working on our new Christmas album, we are getting a much-needed ear break.

This weekend we are heading down to Florida for a little fun in the sun at Epcot.  We are going to be playing three shows each day during the Epcot Food and Wine Festival, as well as hosting a seminar about Hanson Brothers Beer, so if you are in the area we hope you will join us for the festivities.  We are actually playing on Halloween night this year so we will have to try and commandeer some costumes from the Disney vault, but if nothing else our concerts will be fueled by a very unhealthy sugar high!

We hope everyone has a great holiday!  We look forward to getting back to the studio and our early Christmas.  Just a few weeks more and we should be finished up recording Wintry Mix.

HANSON will be appearing at Disney’s Epcot Food and Wine Festival Eat To The Beat Concert Series from Oct 30th – Nov 1st in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. Daily shows take place at 5:30 p.m.,6:45 p.m. and 8 p.m at the America Gardens Theatre. Eat to the Beat concerts are free with Epcot admission. You’ll also find Mmmhops available at several restaurants in Epcot throughout the festival.
