TORONTO — Pop rock trio Hanson is set to perform live Friday outside the studio of Global’s The Morning Show in support of their new album Anthem.

Here’s what you need to know about the talented band of brothers:

When “MMMBop” hit the charts in 1996, the boys of Hanson were just that — boys. Unlike other “boy bands” of the time, Isaac, Taylor and Zac wrote their songs and played instruments.

Their infectious debut single went to No. 1 in 27 countries and earned two Grammy nominations. It also propelled the Oklahoma-based trio to global fame.

Today, the Hanson brothers are married men with nine children between them — and they are still making music together.

The first single from Anthem is the catchy horn-infused “Get the Girl Back” and you can watch it here.

Isaac, now 32, has been married to Nicole Dufresne for almost seven years. They have two children: Clarke Everett and James Monroe.

Taylor, now 30, has been married to Natalie Bryant for 11 years. They are parents of five children: Jordan Ezra, Penelope Anne, River Samuel, Viggo Moriah and Wilhemina Jane.

Zac, now 27, has been married to Kate Tucker for seven years and the couple has two children: John Ira Shepherd and Junia Rosa Ruth.

Hanson appears on The Morning Show on Friday, June 28 at 9 (10 Atlantic).
