Sixthman/Rock Boat heard about the barefoot walks Hanson hosts before each concert and wanted to find a way to encourage others to hosts their own walks through takethewalk.net. Sixthman will give away 1 free cabin to the host who has the largest walk between now and the contest deadline.
Here’s how it works:
Rules and Instructions:
* Go to takethewalk.net to host your own walk.
* You must register your walk on takethewalk.net no later than 11:59PM ET on Dec 1, 2008.
* All walks are subject to approval by Take The Walk.
* Your hosted walk must be completed no later than 11:59PM ET on Dec 15, 2008.
* The day after your walk, you will need to email takethewalk@hanson.net with the total number of walkers you had participate.
* You must send the walker’s forms in immediately to TakeTheWalk.net, PO Box 703136, Tulsa, OK 74170
Prize:
One winner will win accomodations for the Rock Boat IX (sailing Jan 17 – 22, 2009) from Sixthman. Accomodations include one 2-person cabin, all concerts, all meals, non-carbonated beverages (i.e. tea, juices, coffee), free entrance to hot spots like the ship’s disco, casino and piano bar, use of the ship’s beautiful pools and giant waterslide, use of the ship’s health and fitness center and Camp Carnival facilities.
Airfare, hotel, rental cars or other transportaion NOT included in prize and will be the sole responsibility of the winner.
The winner will be announced Dec 19, 2008 by 11:59 PM ET provided all requirements are met and forms received at that time.
