THE HOP JAM ANNOUNCES 2nd FIRKIN FEAST BEER DINNER FOR MAY 18TH

Tulsa OK – The Hop Jam, Oklahoma’s largest craft beer and music festival, will begin the festivities early with the second Firkin Feast beer dinner on Saturday May 18th, prior to Sunday May 19th’s festival. The special beer dinner was born to celebrate the fusion of craft beer and culinary arts, highlighting the diverse styles and flavor pairings that bring foodies and beer lovers together.
The exclusive dinner will feature a four-course menu designed by Ben Alexander, Executive Chef of the McNellie’s Group. The culinary experience will pair each course with a special beer from one of the four guest brewers participating in the Firkin Feast.
Diners will indulge in an evening of gourmet flavors and beer tasting with an eclectic mix of the festival’s breweries present, including Destihl, American Solera, Deep Ellum, and hosts HANSON’s Hanson Brothers Beer.
The exclusive event will provide guests with a one of a kind evening as guest brewmasters and chef Ben Alexander share firsthand the inspiration behind the special menu and the selected beers.
The festival, now in it’s 6th year, has a great history of unique offerings, and the Firkin Feast continues in that tradition, providing a special food and beer experience which, like the festival, celebrates the eclectic beer community in a unique setting.
