Here’s another shot from Chicago, this time on the ANTHEM Tour. Can’t you tell we’re itching to get back out on the road?!

This week we spent a lot of time talking about future projects, the songs, the style, as well as the inevitable techno mumbo jumbo of new musical toys and studio improvements. We also talked a lot about the future of Hanson Brothers Beer what we will brew and where we are planning to have our second beer in the market this fall, but each beer is like a song, it is only one flavor out of so many possibilities.  It is Summer in Oklahoma and that means a 90 degree day is a welcome cold front, I guess it is just a natural thing for our minds to turn to talk of cold beverages.  When it comes to studio equipment we spare no expense… but the same can’t be said for our overworked studio AC unit.  Heat, computers, tube amps, plus area construction (both sides of our building) have done a number on the beast but with a little love we will have it working well enough to make recording over the next few weeks the pleasure it should be.  Looking forward to sharing more soon.  The Roots & Rock ‘N’ Roll Tour gets closer everyday. It’s gonna be a great time!

After two years without a North American tour, HANSON is returning with a special 10-city tour across the US and Canada, featuring 2 concerts in each of the 10 major markets. The tour will also mark the launch of the band’s craft beer, Mmmhops Pale Ale, in new markets across the country.

“This tour is all about celebrating our musical journey, starting with a night of cover songs that have inspired us, followed by a night of rare tunes and fan favorites. Each night will be a totally unique experience,” said Isaac Hanson.
