What is the very first memory of Hanson you have?
The first time I saw them. I froze in front of the TV, trying to record their faces in my mind. They were showing the MMMBop video and I couldn’t even blink. Oh sweet memories
How many times have you seen Hanson in concert? Favorite concert memory?
2 concerts in Brazil (TTA and UA tour), 7 in USA (Shout It Out Tour), 2 in Tulsa (MOE events) and 9 on the Musical Ride tour so 20 concerts for now.
Favorite Concert Memory?
In Columbus Ohio, August 2010. My frisnt and I were at the balcony. At the end of it, Zac threw his drumsticks to us and I got one. After, when they were leaving the stage, Ike looked at us and sent us a kiss. Also I got my first Hanson autographs at this concert. It was one of the best days of my Fanson life!
What is your favorite Hanson song and why?
MMMBop because it was the beignning of everything. If it wasn’t for that song, I wouldn’t have met Hanson, neither the whole planet! Also I have the best memories of my teenage time with MMMBop. Who has not?
Why do you like/love Hanson?
Hanson do what they love. And I love what they do. They have an incredible passion for music. That’s what inspires me to get up and chase my dreams. I did that. I’m currently living in the USA and it is all their fault. They gave me courage enough to stand up and make my dreams come true.
How long have you been a Hanson fan?
14 years, since March of 1997.
Why should you be Fan of the Month?
I’m a physical evidence that dreams come true if you believe in them. I’m Brazillian, left everything I had there and came to the USA. I dreamt with that for almost 20 years. That was the hardest decision I’ve ever made. Sometimes you have to leave a lot of things behind just for making your dreams real. Like I said before, Hanson gave me that. I felt brave enough to get up from my bed and make the fantasy become a reality. They are more than a band for me. they are my angels.
