The “MMMbop” brothers are celebrating 25 years of being a group.

Hanson has always been a family affair and after 25 years as a band that family has grown quite a bit.

The “MMMbop” brothers shared a new song on Friday called “I Was Born” with an accompanying video starring their own kin — 11 of their 12 collective kids, to be exact.

The song is a feel good pop rocker based around the idea of being born to doing something or going someplace where no one has ever before. And it’d be fun enough on its own, but with the inclusion of these Hanson kids is just about unbearable.

“The video is about celebrating the dreams that we all have and the pure optimism of the human spirit,” Taylor Hanson told NPR. “And what better way to show that optimistic view of the world than through the eyes of children? For 25 years, we have been able to live out what we feel we were ‘born to do,’ and this song brings that message full circle.”

As this year also marks the 20-year anniversary of Hanson’s “MMMbop”-featuring album Middle Of Nowhere, the band is releasing a greatest-hits compilation calledMiddle Of Everywhere: The Greatest Hits that will include “I Was Born.”
