NEW From The Band
This Week The first thing that should be said is, Congratulations to Taylor’s family on the new addition, Wilhelmina Jane Hanson! This week has been a little derailed on the writing and recording front, as the welcome madness of personal life has pulled us away from the studio. Writing for album number six will recommence soon, but until then we are keeping busy pursuing other creative ideas. One of the reasons we have stayed together as a band for twenty years is that we spend the vast majority of our time thinking and planning for the future and the next creative idea. There may not be time in the day to complete every idea, but the act of dreaming them up keeps you fresh, and pushes your boundaries. It is kind of like trying to look over the horizon. You can’t, but the fact that you can’t see or control what ever lies beyond also means the possibilities are endless. For some, I think the constant unknown can be disconcerting. For us, it is somewhat of an addiction. Writing for album number six will get back to normal soon, but until then we are all enjoying the change of pace. Isaac, Taylor and Zac |
