HANSON announces first special guest
As a part of HANSON’s year long celebration of the band’s 20th anniversary which begins officially in May, the band have invited their fans to join them on vacation in Jamaica, and today announced that their friend singer/songwriter Charlie Mars will be joining in the fun too.
The 5-day event is a super-inclusive island experience (drinks, food and a wide offering of activities as well as an exclusive private beach), at the beautiful Breezes Grand Resort, reserved for the Back To The Island Concert Event. Additional rooms are also available at the Riu Palace Tropical Bay.
Throughout the week of fun and sun, there will be exclusive entertainment each night, featuring three performances from the band in different configurations from the stripped down acoustic set, to the full electric set, as well as special activities that the band will take part in. In addition the event will feature live performances from Charlie Mars and one other special guest (details to be announced).
“The Back To The Island event, will be a highlight of our 20-year celebrations. We have seen incredible fans all over the world over many years of touring, and we figure we could all use a vacation, why not mix in a little music and create an event that is unlike anything we’ve done before,” said Taylor.
