Hanson Cannonsburg Ski Area concert has been cancelled

The Grand Rapids Symphony’s highest priority is to ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of every member of our Grand Rapids Symphony family and West Michigan community. Following guidance from federal, state and local levels, we have now cancelled all concerts through July 31, 2020 to do our part in slowing the spread of COVID-19 and to protect the health of our musicians, patrons, staff and communities.

ALL CONCERTS THROUGH JULY 31 ARE CANCELLED.

July 22  |  Jeremy Kittle & Co. (Cannonsburg Ski Area)
July 24  |  Hanson (Cannonsburg Ski Area)
July 29  |  Doo Wop Project (Cannonsburg Ski Area)
July 30  |  Ladysmith Black Mambazo (Cannonsburg Ski Area)

TICKET POLICY FOR CANCELLED CONCERTS:

Please note, all exchanges/refunds must be made through the original point of purchase. If you purchased your tickets online through Ticketmaster, you must contact Ticketmaster in regards to your tickets. If you purchased your tickets through the Symphony office, please see below for how to handle your request.
• We encourage you to exchange your tickets for an upcoming concert through May 2021. We will exchange your cancelled tickets based on comparable value and availability. Please mail your exchange request and cancelled concert tickets to:

• Donate your ticket. By donating the value of your unused tickets, you are providing vital support for the music and musicians that inspire and connection our community. Please consider donating your tickets back to the Symphony and receive a tax donation receipt.

• Credit your account, get a gift certificate good to an upcoming performance through May 2021. Please mail your tickets to the above address and indicate you’d like a gift certificate.

 Request a refund for the value of the cancelled concert ticket(s). Mail your concert tickets with a note requesting a refund to:

GRS ADMINISTRATIVE AND BOX OFFICE CLOSURE:
Grand Rapids Symphony staff are working remotely while the physical office is closed indefinitely. We encourage you to mail tickets@grsymphony.org with questions and requests for the quickest response. We have limited ability to answer ticket inquires and requests by phone at this time and appreciate your patience in these circumstances. If you prefer to leave a phone message for your ticket requests and inquires, call (616) 454-9451 x 4.
