It has been 14 years since “MMMBop.” You can admit you loved that prime piece of pop perfection and the boys who sang it. It’s high time for a revisionist look at Hanson, no? They’s all growed-up now; the fraternal Tulsa trio of Isaac, Taylor and Zac are all married men with eight kids between them. And they haven’t lost their talent for melody and hooks, or their debt to the Jackson 5 sound.
Their most recent album, “Shout It Out,” might be a year old, but you can see them these days alongside Kenny G., Debbie Gibson, Corey Feldman, Darren Criss (“Glee”) and Rebecca Black in Katy Perry‘s new video, “Friday Night.” Or you can catch them doing what they do best Wednesday, Oct. 12, at Northern Lights in Clifton Park. Tickets go on sale 10 a.m. Saturday.
