As a part of HANSON’s year long celebration of the band’s 20th anniversary which begins officially in May, they are making plans to take their music on vacation, and they’re inviting fans to join them!!!

On January 11th 2013, HANSON are going Back To The Island.

The 5-day event is a super-inclusive island experience (drinks, food and a wide offering of activities as well as an exclusive private beach), at the beautiful Breezes Grand Negril Resort in Jamaica, reserved for the Back To The Island Concert Event.

Throughout the week of fun and sun, there will be exclusive entertainment each night, featuring three performances from the band in different configurations from the stripped down acoustic set, to the full electric set, as well as special activities that the band will take part in. In addition the event will also feature two other special performances from artist friends that the band has invited to join the festivities (details to be announced).

“The Back To The Island event, will be a highlight of our 20-year celebrations. We have seen incredible fans all over the world over many years of touring, and we figure we could all use a vacation, why not mix in a little music and create an event that is unlike anything we’ve done before”, said Taylor.

The Back To The Island event will be on sale March 21, 2012 in partnership with Island Gigs, through Hanson.net.
