The Hawk has landed on Netflix – but which songs appear in the Will Ferrell golf comedy? Find the full soundtrack below.
Created by Ferrell, Harper Steele and Chris Henchy, the 10-part series stars Ferrell as Lonnie Hawkins, a disgraced former world number one known as “The Hawk” who is now stuck playing on golf’s smaller circuits.
His attempted comeback brings him into competition with his estranged son Lance (Jimmy Tatro), while Lonnie also sets his sights on winning back his ex-wife Stacy (Molly Shannon). Fortune Feimster and Luke Wilson also feature in the cast.
All 10 episodes of The Hawk arrived on Netflix on July 16. Watch the trailer below.
In a one-star review, NME wrote: “Somehow, he still comes out on top – the last word in male privilege. Fans of Ferrell’s work might find some straws to grasp at here; for everybody else, his latest work is considerably under par.”
