MESSAGE FROM THE BAND
The first concert for our newest project, String Theory, is less than a month away, so this week we are starting rehearsals. After 26 years as a band, one might think preparing for a new tour is old hat and on any normal day you would be right, but for each String Theory concert we will be joined by 46+ musicians which means we really need to be on our A game. Between the new songs, the rarely played songs and the roughly 30 different harmonies and melodies coming from violins, French horns and timpani, etc, there is less room for mistakes than ever, but it is so worth the extra effort. We are wrapped for the time being on recording, and for the last few days we have been getting our bearings running songs, playing along with demo versions of all the symphony parts and it is gonna be amazing! It is one thing to listen it is another thing to play along, and when we finally get to the stage we expect that is gonna be the next level. We hope you all can join us for a String Theory concert. We have more announcements to come in July so stay tuned.
