NINETIES pop-rockers Hanson are back, 20 years on from the release of their worldwide smash MMMBop.
The American trio are currently travelling around the globe on their Middle Of Everywhere tour and here’s all you need to know about their 25th anniversary celebrations.
When are Hanson’s 2017 UK tour dates?
The American trio have released six albums since their 1997 debut and now have 12 kids between them.
The group are touring to celebrate their 25th anniversary as a band, with the Middle of Everywhere tour a play on the name of their debut the Middle of Nowhere which sold 10 million copies worldwide.
The trio will perform at 02 Shepherds Bush Empire on June 10 and June 11.
Where can I get tickets for Hanson’s gig at?
Tickets went on sale on March 17 through Ticketmaster and they were priced between £33.55 to £42.35.
After the first date (June 10) sold out, Hanson added a second date (June 11) due to the level of demand.
Members of Hanson.net also have the opportunity to attend a Member Only Event on June 11 which is a pre show set as well as Q&A with the band featuring music from hanson.net members EPs and songs from throughout their 25 year career.
Have Hanson released a new single?
The group are back with their latest single I Was Born, which features their children playing instruments and bearing a striking resemblance to their dads when they first found fame.
Speaking to NPR.org, they said: “The video is about celebrating the dreams that we all have and the pure optimism of the human spirit.
“And what better way to show that optimistic view of the world than through the eyes of children? For 25 years, we have been able to live out what we feel we were ‘born to do,’ and this song brings that message full circle.”
