If you purchased a Gold or Platinum package through Hanson.net, there was an error with the poster included. Due to a mix up in the shipping department, the posters were not signed and numbered as originally advertised. A new poster will be going out early next week that is signed and numbered by Isaac, Taylor and Zac.
Additionally, those who ordered Platinum packages have not been receiving the vinyl in the package. The Vinyl item is a bonus item and will be sent in a separate shipment from the rest of your Platinum package shipment.
