From The Band

We have been planning for this year’s Hanson Day Members Only Event for a while now, and this week we are finally able to share some details. As we get closer to May, we will release all of the details about when over the course of the weekend things will be happening, and how you can be a part of each event. More than anything, we are continually pushing to create cooler experiences with every members event we do, surrounding the music with the things that inspire it in the first place. Though the 2012 Members EP will not be released until Hanson Day, this weekend we begin writing and recording for it, and sharing the musical mayhem through blogs, tweets, and such as we write and record new songs only for members. As a creative conduit, we are planning to only work on the EP after dark, partly because we can and partly because we must. Don’t try to understand it. We are all really excited to be back in the studio! This week marks a shift for the whole year into a creative state, where the focus shifts from touring to writing and recording for The 20:12.
