Believe it or not, it’s been nearly 15 year’s since the band, Hanson, released the single, “MMMBop.”
The three brothers, Isaac, Taylor and Zac are still together and still performing.
“We for a long time have put a lot of emphasis on making the shows as interesting and diverse as possible,” said Isaac Hanson.
The group’s fans keep coming back to show after show, year after year.
“We’ve kind of grown up with them and the music’s evolved as they’ve grown up,” said fan Brandi Kruse.
Outside of Antone’s, Hanson fans camped out, some overnight, in order to get the closest spot to the stage during Thursday night’s concert.
“We’re all here to stand in the front row and it’s about connecting with the music from the very front of the venue. It’s a really competitive fan base, as you can see, people wait in line really early,” said Kruse.
They get there early and they come from all over the country.
“They never disappoint, the live show is just amazing,” said fan Katie Cleary, who traveled to Austin from Philadelphia for the concert.
She guesses she’s been to at least 200 shows. The Hanson brothers are well aware of their dedicated fan base.
“We’ve said this a lot, but we have the best fans,” said Zac Hanson.
They said they even recognize some. They hope those fans continue to travel and camp out as the brothers continue to perform.
“We’re proud of having fans that are dedicated and it is an experience, it’s a journey,” Taylor Hanson tells FOX 7.
Hanson has released five in-studio albums and several live albums.
