What is the very first memory of Hanson that you have?
Like many people, my first memory was hearing MMMBop during the summer of 1997 and being hooked by such a great, catchy pop song.

How many times have you seen Hanson in concert? Favorite concert memory?
I Have seen them only once, though I hope it will be MANY more times in the future. I attended  the concert in Toronto at the CNE Bandshell in August 2014. The favorite memory for me was the anticipation of the crowd as Hanson was introduced by a local radio personality, and the pure exhilaration of seeing them come on to the stage and begin with “Fired Up.”

What is your favorite Hanson song and why?
This is perhaps the hardest question, because I love so many of their songs. But, if I have to choose one, I will say “Minute Without You.” That song captures the essence of great pop music and never fails to bring a smile to my face!

Why do you like Hanson?
Great singers, songwriters, musicians and live performers. In addition, these are guys with personality, good senses of humor and true enthusiasm for what they do. They are family-oriented people (parents, siblings, spouses and children), and they have given so much to those who are less fortunate.

How long have you been a Hanson fan?
I have only been a true Hanson fan for two years, although I liked their music from the beginning in ’97. However, I have the zeal of a convert!

Why should you be Fan of the Month?
I have an almost boundless passion for Hanson. I own every CD and video available and I know that I will listen to and enjoy this great band for the rest of my life! I am heading to EPCOT next week and I Hope to see them six times over two nights!

Ron’s submission was made in September of 2014 – we hope that he had a wonderful time at EPCOT!

State a piece of trivia in regards to you and Hanson

Not sure if this counts as trivia, but: when I saw Hanson in Toronto at the CNE, I saw all three of them in the hotel lobby/lounge after the show. Although I wanted to very much, I did not go up to them because a) they were relaxing with each other and I think fans should respect that; and b) I was so excited that I feared I would make a  total fool of myself!
